bizhub 421 drivers properties disappear.

I've got a customer with a shared print driver for a bizhub 421 loaded on a Windows 2003 Server. When he tries to view the driver properties from the printer folder the properties just flash for a split second and disappear. He is logged in as a domain administrator and should have full rights to view and/or modify these properties. Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I have seen this and it is a permissions issue. I had the IT guy change the users rights to Full domain rights then back to the local user settings and it worked for some reason.
