    quality problem 6500

    hai
    my 6500 is giving uneven density in yellow(density is not even from left to rightand only for yellow
    thanks in advance

      C6500 two possibilities.

      Hi,

      I think that the yellow is darker in center of print than border !

      In this case the laser's lens is wrong, it is necessary to replace the yellow laser module.

      If the color (yellow) is NOT regular from left to right, that's because the corona is not parralle to drum, you need to put an adhesif on the corona.

          Some of the charge corona's for those boxes are KNOWN to come not set correctly. Crack open the covers and make sure the corona wire is set properly.
          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

              there is a technical information about this problem from 6500 how to fix this the c6501 was modified with adjustment in operator mode and mechanical adjust factory charge corona
