has any one had this problem.....we added extra memeory to this machine and 2 days later this code comes up.. remove the extra meemory and reset machine problem still the same..

any ideas pls help

The most likely cause is either the remaining memory chip or the MFB board. If the machine also has a fax unit, that could also be the issue.
