hi guys
i have a problume;
machine 6500,
ic 408,
machine and fiery both have latest firmware (for machine 60 and ic 2.0)
PROBLUME=when i scan document machine gives error code , C4850 for scaning i am using fiery remote scan software
(printing is working )and machine is working as copier also problume only when i use this fiery scan

what version (SW) is your IC408?

ic408 have 2.0 version

There has been a patch out recently to do with grabbeld scans and engines locking up after scanning which may be relevant. Depending on how old the RIP is it might need a revised video board which Fiery supply for free IF you send them your dud board to start with.
