Bizhub 600 web interface won't load

I'm having a heck of a time here. I cannot get my web interface to load up.

    Here's what I've tried:

    XP Pro machine
Tried both Firefox and IE 8
Tried both https://10.10.1.12 and no httpS
I CAN ping the machine no problem
I can print to it not problem
I can scan to SMB when I manually enter server settings

But, I cannot load the web interface to setup, among other things, SMB destinations.

If a Microsoft Auto update has taken place on the XP computer, more than likely if now has Framework.net 3.0. Without a firmware update on the bizhub600, Framework will block the machines web interface. Or if the copier is up to date, the Pagescope Web Connection (PSWC) has been turned off in the Network Settings of the copier. Look for the Details icon in the network setting, you should see PSWC or HTTP settings.

Ok, I went into details and both the HTTP and PSWC were disabled. I enabled them, but now I'm getting a different error, namely:
      "503 Service Unavailable"

I can check the firmware and tell you what versions I have. What specific function should I check for firmware because there are like 10 different firmwares on there.

      thanks.

Seen that error trying to open Page Scope with IE 8. Try Mozilla again or a lower version of IE. EMujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.
