    C-2452 error

    My 6500 is showing C-2452
    I changed the TCR sensor and the same result
    Please help me

    what version firmware is on your machine as there was a update to cure that code i'll attach the read meC6500 Version 26.doc
    If at First you don't succeed remove all evidence of ever trying!

      Thanks Big Jase,
      that was M charger unit problem,replaced and rectified

        Sometimes, the connector in the front can become intermittent from the constant PM cycles where we have to remove the dev unit. I've had to "rewire" the plug a couple times on one machine (different dev units). One of the wires breaks inside the insulating plastic from the wiggling of this connector as its pushed and pulled. Easy to fix and easy to diagnose. Simply give each wire strand a light pull in line with the wire to connector. If the insulation stretches, there is a break. If not, the wire is ok. I habitually check this every time I do a dev restart or replace the dev.
