    Konica Minolta DI 470 Question....

    hey guys, again i was helping out a friend as to why i am asking this question.. can anyone give me the part # or a reference to what motor i can use for the document feeder elevator? please let me know this customer is my responsibility

    BTW, We never had one fail in seven or more years. You're really sure it needs one? Most of the time, if showing error C143E, the metal guide forcing the gears together need adjusting by straightening the bend in it.

      Hansoon is correct, I never changed that motor. What is the problem? That bend he spoke of will help on those codes.

        do you have a diagram of it? i cant see how its bent.. i dont usuly work on these machines im not sure what to look for..
