7272 Error 50.01

Can anyone shed any light on a 50.01 error.
Machine errors on boot up.
Have changed print control board. no change.

It is a "Main body drive serial input error 1."

For anyone that is interested. After changing just about every board in the copier.
It turned out to be a paper jam at J.32.
Some how it was holding the machine in an error state until cleared.
