    bizhub c220

    have a bizhub c220(new only 500copiers) showing hour glass for ever not coming ready .
    any suggestion.please assist

          i woild try reloading firmware
          If at First you don't succeed remove all evidence of ever trying!

              Check your C-Board (under glass) for good connection on ribbon cable and also cable to the video interface. I had a similar problem a while back, and simply reseating those connectors was the trick.

              Failing that, try flashing the machine with current firmware.

              And of course, like Bizwork said, might be NVRAM failure.
