    BizHub C5500

    I need help...I'm using Adobe InDesign CS3 to print some postcards and using the BizHub Pro C5500. We are printing about 2000 pages. I do a mail merge, then print after sending the job to the fiery. When i go to print a test page, only the addresses print out and not the artwork that should have been sent to the fiery and saved there. Am i missing a step? Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong? Thanks!!!

      Have you tried converting to a PDF and seeing if that works? If works, then that may mean your fiery cannot handle indesign CS3 files.

          You've uploaded the form right?
          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
