    di550 error c133b

    I was disconnecting the finisher while the copier was powered on and I got an error code c133b. I turned the copier off, reconnected the finisher, turned it back on and still get this error message. Can anyone help me with clearing it?

    The copier displays error code C-133B.

    CAUSE: This code is displayed when there is a communication problem between the copier and the finisher.
    SOLUTION: Please check all connections and inspect the interface harness. The firmware of the copier has been updated to correct the false indication of C-133B codes.

      I've reconnected the finisher, checked the interface and everything looks fine, but I'm still getting the error code.

        Have you tried to reset by cycling the front door and/or trouble reset switch?

          I think I did the same thing once. I believe you have smoked the board on the finisher.
