    bizhub Pro 920 with random J72-16 jams

    A friend of mine is having this one. I never got this myself, but his machine is by far the one with the most total copies around my area.

    Anyone working with 920s ever got this particular problem?

      The FS entrance sensor (PS4) does not turn ON within a specified period of time after the paper exit sensor (PS61) turns ON.

          Install ver 30 or above Firmware for the finisher. The earlier firmware had caused intermittent J 72-16`s.

              The sensor harness can cause this problem as connections especially to finisher exit sensor loose contact
