Doc feed jams.

Paper is coming off glass to switchback section. Paper is catching on front side. There does not appear to be any adjustment.

Not a Konica guy, but it seems I am missing something obvious.

First check the adjustment of the left side hinge. On top of the hinge, loosen the nut, and adjust the screw until the protruding tabs on the DF just come in contact with the copier body, with the DF in the down position. Then tighten up the nut you loosened. You'll need to aim your flashlight at the protruding tabs to see. The adjustment procedure in in the Installation Manual. If it ain't that, check for bent mylars.
