I get uploading errors when the scan to email function is used. We scan to email to ourselves with-in our network (hard copy to ecopy). Our process: Set up = scan
select = destination
select pdf or tiff = tiff
density =200 dpi
scan to email 3 - 20 pages
We do the same process as fast as the documents can fly through the ADF and add the next set and press start... the same address, just another set of documents.
We get the uploading error at random times and machine will not accept the next scan to email. It sometimes frees up by itself and sometimes we have to turn the machine OFF and ON to clear the cashe or error.

Important information, each page might be a 45 kb file..I knew you were thinking that was the problem..
Our mailbox does not have a size limit so that's not the issue either.
I don't think the email is even leaving the building its just hitting my server.
