B211 fax issues

I am having problems with some faxes not wanting to print the machine is looking for a3 or b4 paper.


Is this a software or hardware related issue.

I have tried and checked all the settings and test machines in copier mode everything is fine

Go to utility mode admin settings fax rx operations area and check your settings there
