Not likely this can be done.
The service manual shows there are a limited number of languages in the firmware. Depending on which language setting used, a combination of English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese are available only.

It depends on firmware version. Take a look at the Infohub if you can access it and you'll see a row with the languages supported by each firmware version. Can be done.Comment
