km6500/6501 toner

Hai all,
My km 6500 and 6501 not working because of the nonavailability of toner,
whether i can refil any other km toner.

C6500 Toner Compatibility

C6500 and C6501 toner is the same stuff in a different bottle if that helps.

DO NOT recommend using toner from any other KM model - definitely a way to an expensive disaster. We are talking about terminal contamination of dev units, drums and developer here.

You say your supplier is out. This machine is sold by Ikon, KM and Oce but there may be a difference in their toner bottles. If you don't mind pouring from bottle to bottle getting some from one of them may be a way to go.

I know people tried to use toner from C6500 in lower model but never heard of someone trying to use toner from C250 in C6500. I'm not sure it will work and it is expensive.

Can someone help what toner to use in the LD6500 model??? no toner from the 6500 range fit the LD6500?

cut out your holder from the toner bottle hopper, so that it fit's
check black normaly this one fits always

i did take all the hppers out and also fit the 6500 toner after that replace all the hoppers and close the door still it show all 4 toners must be replaced? it is almost if the front of the toners there is also something that is still not the same?
