    di2010 lite copies

I have a customer who had a mouse under the glass running around, some how the customer scratched the drum so I replaced the drum and developer did f8 and copies still come out lite, cleaned all mirrors and optics still comes out lite even on darkest density setting you can barely read whats on the paper, whether you copy or do a report from the copier you can barely see the image, looks like image is good and dark on drum but is not transfering on the paper dark any suggestions on how to correct this problem

Replace the transfer roller, and check the drum unit contacts. After that, if the image looks strong on the drum itself, make sure the voltages coming from the HV are good.

I had one, a bizhub 250, that when I unplugged and cleaned the contact surface where the transfer gets its charge from. Clean the contacts going to the voltage supply. I think in your case, with that mouse thing, I would clean the laser lens.
