C220 movie data

I wanted to use ID&Print function on this model. Unfortunatelly it doesn't work until you made an Initialization (clear all data). After that I had to switch on the HDD and reload Movie Data.
I don't know how can I reload the Movie Data.
I have movie data and I tried to reload same way as the firmware. But it doesn't work.
It will be wonderfull, if sombody can help me.

We have the same problem with the movie data, we tried to update the firmware but there is no change. The movie data is a separate file or it is in the firmware package. If it is a separate file where can I download it?

movie data files are found in the special firmware section of SSD.

The movie data is loaded in tech rep mode, system 2, load data.
