C 652 Firmware

Hi guys
Could someone please help me by giving me the procedure on how to load firmware on this machine , we did copy the .tar file on root folder of the flash , but the machine does not read anything. We have tried different flasdrives.

Be sure to use the correct USB port:

bingo! gotta use the usb port designated for this.....it is on the rear right side of the machine underneath a metal plate.....it has one screw....and when you slide the plate the machine will detect that you are doing firmware
