920 throwing out SC77-13 and SC77-14

Good night, guys and girls!

Got a 920 giving me the errors SC77-13 and SC77-14. Trouble is, those errors don't show up on the machine's manual.

Anyone ever got one of these and know what it's all about?

Check your stapling cartridges.....either jammed staples or problems with the staple units moving.....

Everyone has the right to be stupid. Some people just abuse this privelage more than others
