KONICA MINOLTA c253 "Waiting for ARP request"

When I enter with the administrator to configure the network i receive the follow message Waiting for ARP request and can't continue to network configuration due i can't print.
I need help.

turn off DHCP...or if you have to have DHCP turn off ARP.

iv had 2 oacb go bad and do this

Its a network function.

Goto Administrator/ Network settings/ TCP 4/

It's under auto obtain ip function, with DHCP.

Turn it off if not needed.

Disconnect from network, enter manual settings and configure the IP address BAM your done. Run into this from time to time it's how there IT has setup the network to not reply to ARP
