bizhub c353 deleted due to error??

Hi
My first post

Im having a problem with a bizhub c353, i have a workgroup network with 60 computers on.
Some times when i install a new computer i get a "deleted due to error" in the webconnection, when i try to do a test print.
I can ping the printer.
Have reinstalled the drive several times, but i still get the same error.

Any ideas what that can be?

Do they have account codes setup on the copier? If so you will get an error along them lines if you try and print without a password in the driver.
