Setup printer for bizhuh 420 Data red light

i was setup printer use in network everything ok, ping from pc to bizhuh ok but when i print it. the data switch on panel just flash red light and stop print out , so any one have help me tank over this promblem

Is IC-204 installed in copier? upgrade your firmware to ver 25. Change marketing area to Europe. Try it. Were you try to contact your local agent?

@aleksander thanks this photo have been printing before it ok, but i don;t know what happen with this after i service this can't print anymore, i try do every thing i can but that still not work, just button data flash red light when i print out , maybe that can't save print document to hard disk i think
