Stapling trouble in bizhub pro 950

I've got bizhub pro 950 with Booklet finisher FS-611. Based on brochure bizhub pro 950 able to staple until 50 sheet. But, we've only can make 30 sheet in 1 set. Can u help me for this problem?

if you look in the product guide you will find that the stapler has a capacity of 50 pages but lower on booklet and also paper weight ect

I don't use the booklet stapling, but stapling on top-left corner. I know for booklet stapling can only stapling until 20 sheets. Sometimes the finisher able to staple until 50 sheet A4 size with paper weight 70 g/m2. But sometimes unable to staple until 50 sheets. It so confusing. Thank you for answering.
