C20 with black lines

Hi guys,

Sorry to pose what is probably a simple thing, but we have very little experience on the C20.
The copy/print quality has partial black lines on it. They also show up when printing in just B&W.
I'd like to have a diagnosis prior to visiting the device, so we can organise any parts we need. Thus avoiding a 2nd call to fit the parts.

Hi Taminol, I have one of these with a similar problem (mine does it mainly on duplex runs) however I have no experience on these C20s either. I spoke to one of our guys from up North last week about it and he reckons he has had similar issues to this and reckons that most of it is caused by poor quality paper causing transfer issues. I`m not convinced about that, but I`m going back to my one some time this week with a fuser (and some fresh paper) to see if I can cure it. If you find a fix first, please let me know!!!

Just play it safe, and bring a drum unit. They sometimes crap out early.
