    Bizhub 350 - Outlook email prints unreadable size

    Hi guys,

    We have a Bizhub 350.

    Certain Outlook 2003 emails prints normal size and some email prints in a really small unreadable size.

    Anyone else seen this before?

      I'm pretty sure I have, I forgot what I did to fix it.
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

          I have not done some more tests.

          On Outlook 2003 on various desktops prints out unreadable but on Outlook 2007 it prints out fine.
          I even loaded a universal Konica Minolta PLC driver which did not fix the problem.

          Anyone else got any advice?
