can anyone tell how do i set up fax kit to print the faxs from tray 2 please

just curious why you want the faxes to print onto tray 2. are you using special paper and want to use that drawer only? also if you recieve a legal sheet will it switch trays on you? do you have 2 drawers only on the macine or do you have more optional trays?

bigjase, just looked up in the FK-503 manual; and it's in Section 11, Soft Switch Settings. Default Mode 37 is 1111 1000. Change mode 37 to 0100 1000. In the default setting the first group of 1111 corresponds to print from tray 1,2,3 and 4. By changing to 0100, you're telling the fax, essentially; 0100; tray 1-no, tray 2-yes, tray 3-no, tray 4-no.
