trouble copying in bizhub 420

If I used small original, lets say in A6 or name card using original glass. And I used paper A4 size in tray 1 or 2. But the copy output placed in the middle of the A4 paper, like this.

I tried using autopaper selection and manual selection, but the result is same. Anything else?

No problem with another bizhub 420. I have 2 bizhub 420 with the same problem.

Did you initialize the non-image area on the glass in service mode?
Is the center application turned on and set as on as a default?
