C450 error code S1

Hello Everyone,

I have a C450 with an error code S1.

i have checked all the mirrors and replaced the CCD and image board but cannot cure the fault.

anyone had this before??

I might be way off but im sure I had that problem before and it was a problem with the white ref. plate under the glass. It was a while ago so forgive me if im way off.

It may be a failing lamp or as mabawser stated, the white strip under the registration guide on the glass
