Bizhub c10 error 17h

I have a machine that has a 17h, which is a rotation rack failure.
Has anyone seen this before?
I would like to know before i drive one hour out there.

Had one today where the retaining clip for the cyan toner had fallen off and jammed the rack mechanism. Luckily it came free when I manually turned the rack to see what was happening. Hope yours is this easy but you can never tell with these little beasties!!!

weve had couple of these machines where a prong gets bent over not being able to read next rotation...the prong is located on right side under toner rack, should be visable
