    Bizhub c250 i error c-d201

    Hello
    I have problem with bizhub c250. All time show error c-d201.
    I don't go to service mode.
    Please help me.

    Description
    C-D201 (CD201) at power up and unable to clear the code.
    Solution
    CAUSE:Failed memory; memory in the wrong slot.
    SOLUTION: Perform the Memory bus check in the Tech Rep Mode (State confirm, Memory Bus), for the scanner and Printer.Check and reseat each of the
    memory slots on the MFP board. Remove one-at-a-time and perform the memory bus check.
    DIMM 0 = 256MB (p/n 4037 6076 01)
    DIMM 1 = 256MB
    DIMM 2 = 128MB
    Replacefailed memory as necessary.

        to my knowledge, you cannot...the memory cards themselves are keyed to the slots
