There wasn't anything out of the ordinary with this. I am told someone checked the cyan toner cartridge and closed the door. Now the copier displays the message to correctly install the cyan IU. It looks like all contacts are being made. When I look at the cyan IU's counter it's at 0. Is the IU bad?

Copier seems fine this morning????? Must be poor connection somewhere. I cleaned contacts with Q-tip and alcohol but it still wasn't working yesterday. Shut it off and it started right up this morning???Jamex Tech Support: Saving the world one phone call at a time. -
