i have six on these machines in a customers , all are coming up with this code ,it relates to hdd but service hand book is not very helpful just says an error has occurred in hard drive. You can reset by turning machine off & on ,but it re occurs later , has anyone got a fix or explanation for a reason why this code is happening.

If at First you don't succeed remove all evidence of ever trying!

Backup any user one touch and authentication data via export in web tools, when you have reset the main power switch. Then format the hard disk (LOGICAL only) in tech rep mode and then import the one touch and authentication data.

Also, ensure that these machines have a power conditioner, they are extremely sensitive to poor power conditions....we have made it law to sell all machines with one.
