Might be a faulty sensor or sticky flag. Look up the jam event code in history, that will indicate which one to look at.

Well first thought is that it is the customer telling you this! Have you seen the problem? If not the customer is probably not opening and closing everything the machine wants, such as the paper trays. No feed jam? Wants tray checked? Just a thought.
You need to go to the machine. If it is doing as the customer reports, a good a place as any to begin looking, after the basic resets, is the actuator on the fixer. If its shaft has buckled, there is no free movement of the actuator, it will throw up a jam code and will not reset.
