if any one have the manual service i wll change it with ricoh or canaon manual

Solution:

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Failed T/S corona.
Remove the T/S corona unit. If blank copies can be printed without a service code appearing, replace the T/S corona unit (p/n 57AA R715 00).

2. The HV unit has failed.
Replace the HV unit (p/n 56AA 8401 2).
