CF 3102 code C-0660

[FONT="Arial Black"][/FONTI have a new issue to a copier CF 3102. While copier work, heard a noise (like something had fallen from his place) and immediately appeared a code: C-0660. I know the service manual for the scanner is a problem but not realize what could be. Everything seems in place. Still ... I code C-0660. Does anyone know what it is and how I could remedy the situation?
