C552 user box to external memory

I'm trying to transfer a file saved in the user box to an external jump drive.
I know that the c280 series can do this, not sure if this one can.
I've enabled the external memroy scan to and save to.
I can scan directly to the key, but the machine doesn't give me the option to save user box data to the usb key.
Any input would be great!

Have you tried going into the Box function and then Use/File and copying/moving to the USB Key that way?

i looked at that, but it doesn't give me the option to move/copy file to external memory.
I know on the C220 series, that the external memory option is directly under copy and move options, but it's not on this model.

Under the Filing Settings tab, there should be a button for Save to External Memory. If it doesn't appear, your user box settings may not be set correctly.
