    Minolta C500 Booklet making, staple mode is released and unable to fold and staple

    Have a problem when I try to print a booklet I get a message on copier screen "Staple & folding unable for this Line Speed / staple mode is released" I am not sure if i have to setup a DIPSW for the finisher or the paper weight is wrong or the output application may be wrong can you guys help please. thnks

      Is the tray set to a "Thick" paper? Maybe number 4 5 or 6? Also is it running in the landscape direction?
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
