HI TO EVERYBODY ONE OF THE BIZHUB 350 AFTER CHANGING DEVELOPER TANK ) NOT NEW) DEVELOPER STARTED TO GIVE COPIES WITH A LIGHT GRAY BACKGROUND AND THE COPY IS A BIT PALE . THE DRUM IS NEW. i WOULD APRECIATE ANY HINT THANKS

You have to replace the drum and developer at the same time. I ran into that issue a while ago on a 350 that only had 25,000 copies. It had a grayish background and I had to replace the drum and developer, reset the counter and run F8. It was fine after that.

I did change developer and drum at the same time and even a developer tank run f8 no error just this background appeared and the copy is pale

Make sure the seals at the ends of the mag roller are in good shape. Also make sure the DS rollers are not loose and wobbly. If one or both of these problems are evident replace with a new dev unit.

Take drum unit off dev unit and check drum shaft mounts. I have seen shafts break, very easily done if you twist drum too much when mounting on dev unit.
