I have an older konika minolta and do not have propper documentation to resolve a trouble code C1220 please help with propper trouble shooting and action required to fix this problem. Model # CF3102 uuugggghhhh!!!!
Hello this error code means image data is not input from the image processing board(pwb-c) to the mfp control board(pwb-mfp), may be one of this two boards or the interconnect cables.
