    tcp/ip setting

Tring to see what my ip address is on a konica minolta c450. I go to utility - admin setting, enter password, select network settings and then there is no option for tcp/ip .

Any ideas - yes checked cables everything looks good there.

I should also add that I have Fiery on this machine if that matters

Well, I think it matters - I personally never messed with a C450 with a Fiery before, so discard my comment on your other thread.

This is not to bad. You can check it quicker if you print a config page. Utility, Printer setting, reports, config page.

chriscctx, have you got selected proper controller setting in "Service mode -> [System 2] -> [Image controller setting]"? If you have Fiery installed, there should be selected [Controller 1].

With the IC402 Fiery Controller installed on the C450, once you set the controller type to type 1 you turn over all network configuration settings to the Fiery. You will not see any TCP\IP settings in the Admin window of the C450.

If you reset the Controller type back to type 0 your IP settings will be available, but you will not be able to use your Fiery Controller.
