got a bizhub 200 that was in a location then they moved it. when you touch utility then user settling. there fax button does not shop up. it is just not there next to users choise tab.
I have went into the initial mode and done the image data clear. but now do I have to start over and do a total clear? I am sure the firmware is not up to date. but the machine does fax and copy and print. having a hard time scan to e mail. just need to get into that fax menu.
any advice you copier guru's? fix the copier???? thanks

Everyone has the right to be stupid. Some people just abuse this privelage more than others
