ISW via FTP on C450 failure

Hey everybody,

Im trying to update a C450 via FTP and it keeps giving me a 0x00000002 error code. Can't find anything from Konica Minolta relating to this error. I just wanted to know how to do it and i tried it on a C352 and got the same error message.

Hi Bradley,

to update these machines you have to use a compact flash card and the Firware Imaging toolkit .Firmware wil be placed on the card,and then you have to power up machine with cf inserted.

Internet ISW is hit-and-miss in my experience. I only use it if there are a lot of machines at the same account that need updates. If it fails, just use the regular update via CF card.

It's interesting and need info about successful upgrade via FTP or HTTP. In our company tried to upgrade C253 in both ways , but unfortunately with errors. real reason to try so is that we can not find a CF card

There is an error code list in the service manual, but I can't find 0x00000002.

I have had the same error code trying to use ISW and have not found an answer. Not having much luck trying to load firmware from CF cards either.
