Can't clear the code. The console says to check/clear paper from the finisher, but there's no paper in the finisher. Tried cycling power - no effect. Not sure what to do next. Please help.

Turn the knobs, there are some places for the paper to hide that ya just don't see. Do you have a punch unit installed on this box? Sometimes the sensors for the punch unit need to be re-adjusted.Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder.
They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it. -
There's no punch unit. Turned the knobs. Passed a sheet thru the paper path from console exit to the fold/staple unit. Didn't find any paper. Didn't clear the code. The display keeps flashing location 16. Any other ideas?Comment
