Bizhub 350 ED09CC

Hello,

I have a Bizhub 350 that when they are scanning sometimes it throws a ED09CC Code and makes a loud stedy beep. I look the code up but I couldn't find it anywhere in my manual. Has anyhome ever seen this code before?

I know this is an old topic, but just saw this error code on a Bizhub 250 scanning to a Windows 7 Home box. The user account that was being used had an expired password, and that caused the ED09CC.
