    Bizhub C-220 C-11C0 Code

    Has anyone had experience with a C-220 throwing the C-11C0 code? The service manual gives little insight to the problem.

      This is a pretty new finisher so you're correct, not much info on this code. I would start by verifying the correct punch settings in service mode, then re-connecting the harness for the punch kit. Punch sensors can be checked in test mode, but not the motors. I have seen motors bad out of the box on these KM products.
