    BH 161f Fax issues

    I have a BH161f having fax issues. It sends fine with no issues. The problem is when trying to recieve faxes. It gives an error code or just does not come through. The ecm is off and coding has been changed. It is not on voice over IP system. The destination is correct and the answer rings is set to two and auto recieve is on. Any ideas?

      First use a phone line tester to check and make sure the polarity (tip and ring) are correct. if they are then I would suspect the fax control pwb.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          Take a look at the marketing area in tech rep. make sure it is set to proper destination.
