The bizhub 750 uses finishers FS 504, FS 505 and FS 602

Have bizhub 920 machine says check front stapler machine does not staple at all

If the FS 604 was originaly on the 920 you may want to go through and check the DIP switches for punch settings as they are different. Emujo

if the message was displaying originally,

did this occur after replacing staples?

swap the cartridge to the rear stapler. does the message change to check rear stapler?

when opening and closing the door if the cartridge is bad, you should hear a clicking as the cartridge is trying to set.

another issue may be the actuator that detects the remaining amount of staples is missing or broken.
