    Bizhub C550 w/ IC-409

    C550 has latest f/w, re-installed ver 1.1 on the IC-409. Copier recognizes Fiery is attached and startup page prints out, I can print to it....Here's the problem...Any time you bring up the controller screen...jibberish charecters are displayed. They range anywhere from a number where it should be a letter, or a symbol instead of a number...or just a floating "!" somewhere on the screen. Instead of "PCL config page" it will say "PC! Con7ig P ge". I don't see any patches for this problem. Anyone run into this yet?

      Problem was a bad Video Interface Board. Emujo
